Our treatments to hydrate and nourish your skin

During pregnancy, proper hydration is a priority – both internally, by drinking enough water throughout the day to keep your body in peak condition, and externally, by applying hydrating treatments to your body. to avoid dry skin, common among expectant mothers!

Good fluid intake is essential both for your health and for the development of your baby. By drinking a lot, you ensure the fetus has a sufficient volume of amniotic fluid, and you convey the nutrients, vitamins and minerals essential for its growth. Remember to drink regularly and favor foods rich in water (fruits and vegetables in particular). You can opt for still water, tap water, mineral water, flavored water, and vary the pleasures with fruit juices or herbal teas like our Nausea Saver infusion.

To provide your body with external hydration, and keep your skin soft during pregnancy, consider our anti-stretch mark treatments with 5 organic vegetable oils: Le Lait Fondant and its creamy texture hydrates and softens the skin, L'Huile Sensorielle nourishes the epidermis in depth. These two treatments stimulate the production of collagen and elastin to help the skin stretch over the months without cracking.

Moisturizing and nourishing the skin are two complementary actions. Hydration prevents the skin from feeling tight or having fine lines. A hydrated epidermis is better protected from external aggressions and the skin regenerates more. Nourishing the skin prevents it from being dry and peeling. Dry skin needs lipids to be deeply nourished and to be able to form a sufficient protective skin barrier. The skin needs to be nourished and hydrated according to its needs and particularities.
