From the beginning of your pregnancy to the first few weeks after giving birth, use our 5 products depending on your needs:

• The Stretch Mark Lotion: Apply in the morning all over your body to prevent stretch marks. Massage stretch-mark prone areas including tummy, hips, bum, thighs, bust and lower back making circular, clockwise motions. Its non-sticky non-greasy texture allows you to get dressed immediately after application.

• The Stretch Mark Oil: Apply before bed primarily on stretch mark-prone areas including tummy, hips, buttocks, thighs, bust and lower back to both prevent and reduce new stretch marks. Make sure to massage it in making deep clockwise motions. Take advantage of this pampering time to relax. You can also apply the Oil after a C-section to help minimise and fade the appearance of healed scars.

• The Very High Protection Day Cream: Apply every morning all over your face and neck during pregnancy and after if breastfeeding, to moisturise your skin and keep the mask of pregnancy at bay. Before any make-up on clean skin, spread the product in an outward motion. If you wish to use a serum or another skincare item, always apply the Day Cream afterwards. In case of direct sun exposure, wear a wide brim hat and sunglasses, and reapply the product multiple times throughout the day. Try to stay away from the sun between 12 and 4 pm. Shake well before use. It also works beautifully as a make-up primer.

• The Post-Pregnancy Firming Balm: Apply to targeted areas (such as bust, thighs, bum, hips, belly) twice a day for quicker, more noticeable results. Massage the product in making energetic circular motions. The Balm nourishes the skin, helps firm it up, smooths out cellulite and reduces the appearance of stretch marks. We recommend using it for 1 to 3 months to start seeing results.

• The Natural Deodorant: Apply once in the morning onto clean, dry skin – as well as whenever you feel the need to freshen up. Its non-sticky texture allows to dress up right after the application. Compatible from the 1^st month of pregnancy, even during breastfeeding and also after giving birth. It suits all skin types, even shaved and depilated.

• The Soothing Sheet Mask - La Pause Douceur: once a week, as well as whenever you feel the need, apply the mask onto your belly and let it work for approximatively 15 minutes. Then, massage your belly clockwise to help excess serum to penetrate deeply into your skin. Tips: this sheet mask is naturally fresh, it is possible to warm it up by passing it under hot water, with the packaging closed.
