For use on the body
- Spray the Oil directly on your body
- Massage with circular movements from bottom to top

For facial use
- Take the desired quantity in your hands
- Apply the oil with your fingertips, from the center to the contour of your face, alone or mixed with your day cream

For use on hair
- Apply directly to the lengths after washing, on hair that is still damp.
- For intense action, apply the oil as a mask and leave it on for at least 1 hour before shampooing

We recommend applying it once or twice a day, depending on your needs.

We recommend use from 3rd month following childbirth. Before this term, we advise you to continue to use anti-stretch mark treatments such as Huile Sensorielle or Lait Fondant. During pregnancy and postpartum you can use it on face and hair. If breastfeeding, clean the nipples before.
